He fell in...

Dusk settles over a tumbling hillside of teal and rose-quartz hues, each drip and bloom of ink suggesting mossy pines, secret footpaths and distant clouds. At the heart of this cascading dreamscape stands a modest cottage, its slate roof catching the last pink light—an eternal reminder of the instant you recognise “home.” He Fell in Love with the First House He Saw distils that flash of certainty into colour and line, inviting viewers to lose—and find—themselves among its storybook ravines.

Born in Coventry, Twinkle studied Fine Art (BA Hons) at Kingston University, spending 18 years in London before heading to Margate where she now lives. Working primarily with oil on paper, Twinkle’s paintings are inspired by landscapes, narrative and myth. Recent solo shows include Gallery 64a in Whitstable and Studio 1 Gallery in Wandsworth. Other previous solo shows include The Pure Evil Gallery in Old Street, London and Bristol’s Steal From Work, and for two years Twinkle was represented by the Stella Dore Gallery in Old St London until it closed in 2009.
